What in the Matrix are you talking about? No really! Quantum physics talks about infinite possibilities and realities. It’s possible we all have an infinite number of realities that we are living all at once. So that would mean not only are you living the life you are living now, but you are also living another life entirely, for better AND for worse. Whatever is possible, is happening, somewhere. Time does not exist as we know it, after all. What we know of time is only how we perceive time. I digress. Would you like to live on your best possible timeline? Read on.
Now, I didn’t make this up – I saw a video online instructing us how to do it, but it seemingly works for me so I would like to share it with you.
As you lay in bed at night, repeat to yourself at least three times:
“Tomorrow, I will wake up living on my Best Timeline.”
When you wake up in the morning, as soon as you can remember (and try to remember right away, though it may take a few mornings) say:
“I AM living on my Best Timeline.”
IMPORTANT: Do you remember when you were a kid and something exciting was going to happen the next day? You need to feel THAT excitement for your Best Timeline jump. With anything at all – gift giving, vision boards, speeches – it’s the feeling that counts. That is what is going to get you there. So, as you repeat the line, “Tomorrow, I will wake up living on my Best Timeline,” get as excited as you were before the first day of school (if you were the type of kid to get excited for that), or a birthday party, or Christmas morning.
Reaffirm yourself through the course of the day that you are indeed living on your best timeline. If something good happens, notice it and feel grateful. If something bad happens, you’ll feel that on a different timeline it could have been much worse.
At worst, it’s a decent working placebo effect. But if our limited human brains are starting to catch onto some deep and seemingly magical tools, I’ll try it! People were afraid of electricity, and if you showed a lamp to a caveman, he would think it was magic, so…
Do you wanna hear how it’s worked for me?
I had married someone that I probably should have just dated. I learned a lot through the relationship but there was definitely a point where we had “learned” enough from each other. That was when I first learned the timeline jumping trick. The woman in the video encouraged me to do it for 3 days in a row, to see. I went a little longer than that, maybe 5 days? My (now ex) partner came to me, telling me that there were other pastures that needed exploring and I was able to request a divorce. I do feel that this timeline, without her, is a better timeline for me.
I have recited my mantra a few times since, and just recently I experienced a Christmas Miracle! Timeline jump or not, I will take the blessing. Most families, if not all, have some element of dysfunction to them these days. My brother, niece and sister were all together in one house, laughing and joking with each other. They were being civil to each other and letting bygones be bygones, even if just for the day. My mother was smiling and happy, no one was fighting and there were warm feelings of togetherness which is all that she wanted.
It may be a placebo effect, or it may be a secret to living a better and more fulfilling life. Either way it seems to help me see the blessings around me, and I really feel as though I am living on my Best Timeline. Happy Jumping! See You There!
